1:1:1:⅓ Peat:Compost:Aeration:Biochar

To keep things simple we will be using a 3 cu ft bail of peat moss as our “1 part” base measurement. So 1 part = 3 cu ft.

Recipe: BASE: 10 cu ft.

1 Part PEAT MOSS (3 cu ft.)

1 Part COMPOST (2 cu ft. Malibu Compost/1 cu ft. Worm Castings)

1 Part AERATION (2 cu ft. Pumice/1 cu ft Rice Hulls)

1/3 Part Charged Biochar (1 cu ft)

AMENDMENTS:

For 10 cu ft. of base mix 5 cups KELP MEAL

5 cups NEEM SEED MEAL

5 cups CRAB MEAL

5 cups MILLED BARLEY

3 ⅓ cups FRESH HOMEMADE Bokashi and/or IMO

MINERAL MIX: For 10 cu ft. of base 4 Cups per cubic foot of a mineral mix:

20 Cups Basalt (Paramagnetic Rock Dust from lava flow that is high in micronutrients)

10 Cups Gypsum (Calcium and Sulfur)

10 Cups Oyster Shell Flour or Wollastonite if water is high in carbonates (Calcium Carbonate)
